Over the past month, technical training has been offered to the laureates of the IFLE VAPA Program.
So far, 22 creatives and 2 IFLE National Focal Points have taken part in training sessions on the art of storytelling, the business of music, the poetic space and online branding for artists.
“The Art of Storytelling” training, facilitated by Fragrance “Ashanti” Francique. “Music to Market” training, facilitated by Dr. Keron Niles.
Feedback received from the creatives has been positive overall.
“The facilitator is very knowledgeable and handled the training well. The small group of creatives was diverse and we all learned from each other. It was a good experience.” IFLE laureate.
Technical training will continue over the next couple of months and feature other art forms represented in the IFLE VAPA Program, including animation, photography and dance.
