The IFLE Project will be sponsoring 10 scholarships for the master’s degree “Didactique et management du FLE/FLS en milieu plurilingue” offered by the Caribbean Institute of Francophone and Intercultural Studies in Martinique.
A call for candidates was launched in February, and approximately 25 applications were received. Ten candidates have been selected based on their level of French (they needed at least the B2 level), their diplomas (a Bachelor’s degree was mandatory) and their motivation.
This scholarship will cover the 2 years of the Master’s degree program, provided that the participants succeed in their first year.
The candidates come from different islands participating in the IFLE project, such as Dominica, Antigua, Jamaica, Guyana, Saint Lucia, Grenada and Trinidad & Tobago.
This Master’s program is a great opportunity for them to improve their skills as French teachers, and have a positive impact on the teaching of French in their countries.
